Ok, harp I wanted is out - for now at least. Probably wisest. Still planning to upgrade though; can't have strings touching when plucked.
All day meeting with corporate people today. Dreading it. With all the chaos of trying to do inventory for two plants and the regular daily stuff, I missed an order last week and scheduled wrong time on second (same customer). No excuse but stupidity on my part. Sigh...Fortunately, no harm, no foul to customer, but don't know if there will be fallout for me. Bring it; well-deserved. Oh...and meeting today has nothing to do with missing that order. It is to be on our carrier costs and ways to reduce costs. I expect a gripe session and while I am supposed to attend, I am hopeful that my being the only one in the office precludes my sitting in on the meeting. No one there to answer phones and input orders except myself. Still...always daunting when officials roll in.
Up at 3 a.m. today. Yes, stress that I manage to put on myself curbs sleeping too.
Gah! Mommy!
Celeste, I know you liked last blog design but I just wasn't getting that vivid crimson in the background that I wanted with the leaves. Am feeling a need for calm this a.m. so I changed it again. (I no longer move furniture around so the blog gets it!)

Office stress is not good...I love retirement! Good luck.
I like the calm colors in this blog design! Have a good day!
Don't get stressed now, Sherry. Things are always worse in the early hours when the mind moves at supersonic speeds.
When you are under a lot of pressure, the odd error is bound to occur. Try to stay in the 'now' and don't dwell on the past (as to what went wrong) or in the future (what will happen). Things seldom turn out as badly as we think they will!
I hope your day turned out to be better than you imagined, Sherry. And changing your blog design is sure easier task than moving your furniture; but gives you same pleasure,so go on...
Show me the perfect person and I will pass out. I do not think there is any such thing.
I like the way you take responsibility for your errors and that is a sign of character. I value that.
I feel for you but you know what they say...this too will pass. Lets say it together... this too will pass. Now please believe that because it is so true. Be kind to yourself Sherry You are worth it. And if anything nasty happens let me know. I have a friend who can pay them a visit!
Dear Sherry - don't beat yourself up - busy people make mistakes and no one is perfect. Sounds like you have a full plate at work with no help. I feel for you because I have been there. Take care friend.
I like the greens in your blog design. I'm going to have to explore those templates again, I think they have some new ones. It's like visiting a friend's house and admiring all their new furnishings. I want new stuff too now! I hope the end of the week is calmer for you than the beginning was. I'm laughing to myself about how you enjoy your time alone in the house once in awhile... I do too! But after a few days of it, I'm ready for company again. Take care, Sherry, have a great day!
Good Morning Sherry!... A bit late in checking in... but the support is the same. No advice... just a reality check for "The Suits"...
Understaffed... overwhelmed...
Add my (borrowed Bajan mantra and phrase):
"Life is complicated!... and I did my best!"
Chher up Friend!
Good Painting!... and a belated Happy Valentine's Day!
Warmest regards,
Bruce
